Wholesalers Checklist Before Submitting Deals

  • Make sure you have a verbal or contractual agreement with the Seller.

  • ALL DEALS NET PROCEEDS MINUS FEES WILL BE SHARED 50/50 WITH MANI CAPITAL GROUP.

  • We do not accept any daisy chain deals.

  • Please submit any supporting documents with your deal.

  • Please give us at least 48 hours to analyze your deal. Depending on the buyer, it can sometimes take longer and we will stay in communications with you.
